Acceptance & Applicability
By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on 15x.wine, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 15x and its users. They apply only to users located in Bangladesh who are of legal adult age (18+). Account creation or use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
15x reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the platform after the updated Terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
Account Creation, Security & Account Policies
Registration & Eligibility
To create an account, you must register with accurate and truthful information. Each person may hold only one account — if multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them may be suspended or terminated. Providing your correct name, mobile number, and other required details at registration is mandatory.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials — username and password — confidential. You must not grant anyone else access to your account. You are personally liable for all activity carried out under your account. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact us immediately at [email protected].
Account Suspension or Closure
15x reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason — including violations of these Terms — without prior notice. Any attempt at fraud, misrepresentation, system manipulation, or harm to other users will result in immediate account termination. Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting support.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
By using 15x, you agree to abide by the following rules:
- Any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform is strictly prohibited.
- The use of bots, automation software, or any unfair technical advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Collecting other users' information or harassing them in any way is strictly prohibited.
- The platform must not be used for money laundering or any other illegal transactions.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is not permitted.
- You may not attempt to mislead or provide false information to any 15x officer or employee.
15x reserves the right to terminate any account and forfeit any pending balance or rewards if any of these rules are violated.
Payment & Transaction Terms
All financial transactions on 15x are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests will only be handled via the same payment method used at the time of deposit.
15x does not charge any additional fees on transactions; however, your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own charges. 15x reserves the right to hold and investigate any payment suspected of fraud or suspicious activity.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

15x is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, network issues, or third-party service failures. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. 15x is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from a user's own decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 15x website — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of 15x and is protected under international intellectual property law. Reproducing, distributing, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links & Governing Law
15x is not responsible for the content or security of any third-party websites linked from the platform. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
